The Boss Driver is a gain booster with a built in 5 band equalizer and compressor. The compressor and distortion circuit can not be activated at the same time. The equalizer can adjust each band over +/- 12dB. The frequncy bands are centered at 100Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz and 3kHz.
The DB-5 was sold from June 1977 to February 1980.
